Matt is an actor, writer, and director. He’s an alumnus of the legendary Second City Comedy Theatre where he wrote and performed in six hit revues, collecting three Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Sketch Troupe and three Dora Mavor Moore Award nominations for Best Musical. Film credits include; Suicide Squad, Len and Company, Twelve Trees of Christmas and he recently played Mr. Wizzle in Bruno and Boots: The Wizzle Wars. Young audiences may recognize Matt as Mr. Dolby on Family Channel’s Wingin’ It and Mellwood Stark on Nickelodeon/YTV’s Make It Pop. Matt was recently a series regular on SEED (CityTV and CW) and was a lead on Punched Up, (The Comedy Network) and CBC’s The Next Comedy Legend. Other TV credits include appearances on Shoot The Messenger (CBC) Haven (SyFy), The Stanley Dynamic (Disney), Reign (CW), Saving Hope (CTV and NBC), The Listener (Global), Covert Affairs (USA), Living in Your Car (Showcase), Murdoch Mysteries (Bravo), The Border (CBC), Taken (NBC), and Black Mirror (BBC). Matt also won a Canadian Comedy Award in the category of Best Male Improvisor in 2012 and is a founding member and Co-Artistic Producer of The National Theatre of the World. Matt is currently the voice of Lord Cuddles on the animated series Freaktown and Hampton on the animated series, Winston Steinberger & Sir Dudley Ding Dong.

She is an alumnus of The Second City Toronto where she wrote/performed in five hit shows. TV and film credits include 12 Trees (with co-star Matt Baram and MelB of the Spice Girls) Drunk and On Drugs Happy Fun Time Hour (Trailer Park Boys), The Listener, Degrassi, Train 48, Regenesis, Little Mosque on the Prairie, Ron James Show, Being Erica, Wingin’ It, She’s the Mayor, Alphas, Skins, The Jon Dore Show, Saw 7 3D, Dino Dan, AnneDroids, CBC’s Canada’s Smartest Person (with Matt Baram!). You may have heard Naomi’s voice on CBC Radio’s Canadia or as Aunt Turtle on the cartoon Franklin the Turtle. She’s a co-creator of The Casting Room Web Series (LA WebFest and CCA winner) and Naomi has also won a Canadian Comedy Award in the category of Best Female Improviser. She is a founding member and Co-Artistic Director of the 5 time canadian comedy award winning troupe The National Theatre of the World and was a regular on George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight on CBC. A nine-time winner at the Canadian Comedy Awards, Sandy is an alumnus of the Toronto Second City Mainstage where he wrote and performed in five reviews. Prior to that Sandy wrote and performed in three reviews for The Second City Touring Company, including the Puck Stops Here! A show written for the 2000 NHL All-Star Game in Toronto. Upon leaving the Second City’s resident company he joined the Second City Communications team working as a writer, director, host and actor for such clients as Allstream, BMO, Canadian Tire, CIBC, Deloitte, Expedia, HBC, IBM, Mattel, HP, McDonalds, Scotiabank, RIM, Rogers, Telus, P & G, Walmart, Whirlpool, Sasktel, Sunlife, The Toronto Blue Jays, The Tampa Bay Rays, and Xerox among others. Sandy was also the director of Second City’s 2009 Mainstage production Shut Up And Show Us Your Tweets!
Independent of the Second City, Sandy has worked for such clients as McCain, Microsoft, Toppers Pizza, TD Canada Trust, Stanley Black & Decker, Sobey’s and as a guest instructor with the world renowned Ivey School of Business.
Sandy was the host of HGTV’s Great Home Giveaway, and as an actor Sandy has appeared in such films as You Kill Me with Ben Kingsley and Harold & Kumar Go To Whitecastle with two guys who want to find a Whitecastle. Sandy is a regular cast member on the Comedy Network’s sketch comedy show Hotbox, he co-hosts the W Networks new hidden camera game show, Deal With It, as well he currently plays the single father of four children on YTV/Nickelodeon’s hit kids sitcom Life With Boys.
Jen Pogue is a Toronto-based Actor/Producer. Select TV/Film acting credits include: Odd Squad, Backstage, Reign, Beauty and the Beast, Chasing Valentine (nominated for best supporting Actress at MIFF) & The Masked Saint. As a Producer, Jen has worked on numerous music videos, film, and pilot projects including NTOW’s “The Baram & Snieckus Sketch Project” when she joined the Team in 2016. She is a Project Manager/Producer for Baram & Snieckus’ live shows at Second City Toronto as well as their 2017 launched monthly show at iO West Theatre in Los Angeles. Jen also serves as Industry Series & Events Producer for the Canadian Screen Awards (CSA’s) as well as the Canadian Film Fest (CFF). Jen holds a B.A. from York University and is a graduate from Humber College’s Acting Conservatory as well as Centennial College’s “Children’s Media” Post-Graduate Program.
Deanna is a professional actor, producer and teacher whose been working at her craft for over 20 years. She has been a member of the National Theatre of the World team since 2012 and has served not only as the company’s Administration Lead but also as co-producer of I Seen You on TV and The Carnegie Hall Show. Most recently, she served as the Production Manager for the SOLD OUT run of Baram & Snieckus. Currently, she serves as the Production Manager for NTOW assisting with Script Tease International, as well as our corporate and theatrical endeavors.
Allie Kosela is a digital communications expert who has worked in the nonprofit, higher-ed, and private sectors. You won’t see Allie on the stage, but you’ll certainly hear her cheering from the crowd. Allie is super excited to offer supportto NTOW with communications and fundraising.
